International Women’s Day Special Online Yoga Session organized by World Malayali Federation – Ireland

As we all know, March 8th is celebrated worldwide as Women’s Day — a day to honor the strength, resilience, and well-being of women everywhere. On this special occasion, World Malayali Federation – Ireland Women’s Forum is delighted to organize an Online Yoga Training Session.

We are happy to introduce Ms. Suja, our yoga trainer for the session. She has been practicing yoga since childhood and has been working as a dedicated Yoga Teacher for the past 12 years. Currently, she is also serving in the Government sector in Kerala. Her experience and passion for yoga make this session truly special.
