Circle K customers accidentally charged double on their cards after ‘processing error’

Circle K are working to rectify an error after customers were double charged last week.

A number of the petrol station chain’s stores were affected last Thursday February 13th with many frustrated customers checking their bank accounts to see they were charged twice after paying in the station.

One customer who used the station in Kilcoole said they’ve finally been reimbursed a week later.

Another two who used separate stations near Bray also reported the same.

It appears an order has been sent to fix the issue and many have been refunded depending on what bank they’re with.

Those who got overcharged and havn’t been refunded are expected to have it back in their accounts by Friday.
